How many itineraries have you reviewed?+
We're new, and we'd rather say so. You'd be among our first, which is exactly why the founder personally oversees every review right now, at pilot pricing. That attention gets harder to promise later.
What if the reviewer changes my whole itinerary?+
They won't. The review preserves your structure: the cities, the days, the pace you built. We annotate what to keep, tweak, or rewrite. You decide what to change.
What if it wasn't useful?+
You see the review before you're billed. If it isn't useful, we don't bill you.
What happens to my itinerary after?+
Your personal details are removed before review. One expert reads the itinerary, and it's deleted within 90 days. We have no reason to keep it longer.
How fast is 24 hours, really?+
You submit, we work, you get it back within 24 hours. Usually faster. If our reviewer is going to miss the window, we tell you before you submit.
What formats do you accept?+
Paste text, drop a Google Doc link, or upload a PDF. If it's a spreadsheet, that's fine too.
